Please note that all our printing services produce custom-made items created specifically to your specifications. As such, different conditions apply compared to standard retail purchases.

You must inspect all printed materials immediately upon receipt. Any claims for defects, errors, or damage must be reported to us within seven days of delivery. After this period, the work will be deemed accepted and we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

We will reprint the items correctly at no additional charge. This is our preferred remedy for manufacturing defects or our errors.

In exceptional circumstances where we cannot fulfill the order correctly, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of all content, including text, images, colours, and layout. We cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Please review all proofs carefully before approval.
We cannot guarantee exact colour matching to screen displays due to differences in monitor calibration and the nature of printing processes. For critical colour matching, we recommend requesting a physical proof before full production.
