Returns & Refunds Policy

At Quivthdhunox, we are committed to delivering the highest quality printing services. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds.

2. Custom-Made Products

Please note that all our printing services produce custom-made items created specifically to your specifications. As such, different conditions apply compared to standard retail purchases.

3. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all work will be:

  • Produced to professional industry standards
  • Printed according to the approved proof
  • Free from manufacturing defects
  • Delivered in the agreed quantity

4. Inspection Period

You must inspect all printed materials immediately upon receipt. Any claims for defects, errors, or damage must be reported to us within seven days of delivery. After this period, the work will be deemed accepted and we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

5. Valid Reasons for Returns

We will accept returns and provide replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

5.1 Manufacturing Defects

  • Printing errors caused by our equipment or processes
  • Incorrect colour that does not match the approved proof
  • Poor print quality (smudging, misregistration beyond industry tolerances)
  • Incorrect trimming or finishing

5.2 Our Errors

  • Wrong quantity delivered
  • Wrong product or specification
  • Damage during delivery caused by inadequate packaging

5.3 Damaged Goods

  • Items damaged in transit (must be reported immediately upon delivery)
  • Items damaged due to faulty packaging

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Errors in the artwork that were present in the approved proof
  • Spelling or grammatical errors in customer-supplied content
  • Colour variations due to differences between screen display and print
  • Minor variations within industry-standard tolerances
  • Change of mind after approval and production
  • Items that have been used, distributed, or altered
  • Orders where more than seven days have passed since delivery

7. Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within seven days of delivery via email at info@quivthdhunox.world or phone 020 7946 0958
  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photographic evidence
  3. Wait for our team to review your claim and provide instructions
  4. If approved, return the items in their original condition and packaging
  5. We will inspect the returned items upon receipt

8. Remedies

If we determine that a return is valid, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

8.1 Reprint

We will reprint the items correctly at no additional charge. This is our preferred remedy for manufacturing defects or our errors.

8.2 Partial Refund

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if a full reprint is not necessary or practical.

8.3 Full Refund

In exceptional circumstances where we cannot fulfill the order correctly, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

10. Proof Approval Responsibility

By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of all content, including text, images, colours, and layout. We cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. Please review all proofs carefully before approval.

11. Colour Accuracy

We cannot guarantee exact colour matching to screen displays due to differences in monitor calibration and the nature of printing processes. For critical colour matching, we recommend requesting a physical proof before full production.

12. Industry Tolerances

Printing is subject to industry-standard tolerances for:

  • Colour variation (±10% is considered acceptable)
  • Trimming (±2mm is standard)
  • Registration (±1mm for multi-colour work)
  • Quantity (±5% for large orders is standard)

Variations within these tolerances are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

13. Liability Limitation

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for any consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.

14. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
