By accessing or using the services provided by Quivthdhunox ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Quivthdhunox provides professional printing services including, but not limited to, business cards, flyers, brochures, and large format printing. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not binding until we have confirmed acceptance and payment has been received.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be made in full before work commences unless alternative credit arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified.
You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications. We recommend PDF format with appropriate bleed and crop marks.
We will provide digital proofs for your approval before printing. It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for errors in spelling, layout, and colour. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for the final printed product.
You warrant that you own or have the right to use all intellectual property in the artwork you supply, and you indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of such material.
Production times commence once artwork has been approved and payment received. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery charges are additional to printing costs unless otherwise stated. Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
We guarantee that our work will be of merchantable quality. However, due to the nature of printing processes, minor variations in colour, registration, and trimming are considered acceptable within industry standards.
Colours may vary between screen display and printed output. We cannot guarantee exact colour matches to screen displays. For critical colour matching, please request a physical proof.
Printed materials must be inspected upon receipt. Claims for defects must be notified within seven days of delivery, after which the work is deemed accepted.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of reprinting the defective items or refunding the price paid for those items. We are not liable for any consequential losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, equipment failure, or government restrictions.
All designs, layouts, and materials created by us remain our property unless full payment is received and ownership is expressly transferred. You retain copyright in any original artwork you supply.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
